Confirmation of attendance on Bootcamp and further information will be via email once the Registration form, and payment (in full), have been received.
Cancellation and Refund
Should an individual wish to cancel their Bootcamp attendance then they will need to notify us in
writing or by email. Cancellation will be effective from the date such notification is received. The individual will be liable for cancellation fees based upon the length of notice given by the individual prior to the commencement of the Boot camp (which is deemed to commence at the Introductory Brief):
a. more than 2 weeks notice – a full refund will be given
b. 1 to 2 weeks notice – a 75% refund will be given
c. less than 1 weeks notice – a 50% refund will be given
d. Once the Boot camp commences no refund will be given but you may transfer your spot to another person.
e. If you have registered as a pair-(Two People for $149)-If one of the pair cancels after the Introductory Brief has taken place but before any further sessions have been used you will receive a $50 refund if your reason is injury related. You may transfer your spot to another person. If your reason to cancel is not injury related please refer to the above conditions. If you both wish to cancel the above conditions apply.
Non-attendance at a Bootcamp session/s will not result in any refund of the Bootcamp fees. Participants are liable for all Boot camp fees irrespective of attendance and irrespective of any reason for non-attendance at any Bootcamp session.
We will endeavor not to cancel a confirmed booking; however we reserve the right to do so. If we cancel a confirmed booking we will offer the individual a full refund. Any cancellation will be sent by written notice to the individual’s last known physical address or email address.
Physical Condition and Medical Advice
All attendees must be in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent their intended participation in the Bootcamp. If an attendee has any health or medical concerns prior to or while attending Bootcamp, it is their responsibility to discuss any concerns with a doctor before attending any Boot camp session.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Property
The Organiser is not responsible for any personal property of any individual that is damaged, lost or stolen while in or around the Bootcamp locations.
Boot Camp Rules
Participants must at all times while they are attending Bootcamp:
(i) follow the instructions and advice of the Trainer
(ii) act with courtesy and respect towards the Instructor and other attendees
(iii) immediately inform the Instructor if they are suffering any discomfort or feeling unwell, or are not coping with the technical, physical or mental demands of the Bootcamp, or if they notice any other attendee who appear to be in discomfort or who is not coping
(iv) immediately inform the Trainer if their health or fitness circumstances change from those previously notified.
Advertising and Publicity
Sometimes we may photograph a session for use in promotional and other business related material. It is possible that, as a Bootcamp attendee, you may appear in a photograph. If you do not want your image to be used, it is your responsibility to advise the Organiser in writing of this.
By paying for this Bootcamp you are confirming that you have acknowledged and you agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
