Who can take part in your Fightfit Bootcamps?

Never boxed before?-Wait what..Not even in the bathroom mirror, in your bedroom, down the hallway?
Do I need to get fit first before starting classes?
No,you just need to start...Don't wait for 'Monday', 'Payday', or any other 'day'- Start now! We are all about getting you feeling fit and happy in your own skin. All we need from you is your commitment to attend regular classes and form solid habits to support a healthy lifestyle. If there is anything you find too challenging to begin with for whatever reason we can give you an alternative option.
I have never done any Boxing, Kickboxing or much in the way of Fitness -Can I still come along?
Of course you can! We all started at the beginning -We teach you the basics you need to participate in our classes in the first few weeks of the Bootcamp.
Do I need my own Boxing Gloves?
For hygiene and personal preference, it is preferred you bring your own boxing gloves along. Boxing wraps are also recommended for support and hygiene.
I have a Health Condition/Concern/Injury/etc...Can I still participate?
All attendees must be in good physical condition and have no injuries/medical reason that might prevent your intended participation in the classes. If an attendee has any health or medical concerns prior to or while attending our classes, it is recommended to discuss any concerns with a doctor before participating. We also require to be advised of any conditions that may affect you while in our classes. We want to keep you as safe as possible so please let us know prior to commencing.
Can I bring my children?
Our sessions are both inside and outdoors. It is important to us to keep everyone safe during our sessions, we do specify if on occasion you do need to bring your children you are responsible for them at all times during the session, and they are not to be in the immediate workout area for everyone's health and safety. Please bring a quite activity such as a device or book, snacks and a warm jacket.
Do you offer casual sessions for your Bootcamps?
Due to the initial health and fitness assessment and careful programming allowing safe progressions we do not allow casual attendance unless prior arrange ment has been made with us. We welcome all registrations for the full duration.
How do I pay for my Bootcamp?
Fill out a contact form via the link below and you will receive registration and payment information. Once we receive your registration form and payment we will email you confirmation securing your spot!

Awesome! Fill out a registration form each so we have information for each of you and you will both receive payment information. You can pay 1/2 each or one payment.
Do I get more information prior to the start date?
Yes you sure do! Further information will be sent via email during the week prior to the start date.
What to wear?
Activewear, running shoes, a warm jacket or top.
Is everyone superfit?
Nope-but they are super awesome-We have a range of abilities and fitness levels.
Is everyone experienced in Boxing or Kickboxing?
